Genti Mataj, CPA, CFF, CFE
A native of Albania, Genti immigrated to the United States in his early 20’s. After graduating from the Walsh College School of Business in 2004 with degrees in Accounting and Finance, Genti started his career as an IRS agent in California. He became a CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner in 2009 and subsequently joined the international accounting firm Deloitte.
Genti went on to join Fortune 500 companies building their fraud and forensic audit capabilities and earning his Certified Financial Forensic certification. Genti has been serving as an Adjunct Professor since 2017 at various institutions teaching Tax and Accounting classes and has served as the Treasurer of the Waterchase Property Owners Association.
Genti enjoys free time spent with his family and coaching his son’s soccer team.
